  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth

  • 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 scallions, chopped

Instructions
