  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workstation by gathering all ingredients and tools.
  2. Place pork chops between plastic wrap and pound to 1/4-inch thickness.
  3. Set up three bowls: one with seasoned flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs. Dredge each chop in flour, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  5. Fry breaded chops for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
