Ingredients
- 3 large sweet potatoes (about 1.5 lbs), peeled and sliced into 1/8 inch rounds

- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel and slice sweet potatoes into even rounds.
