  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 cup salsa (your choice)
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a crockpot; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Pour the salsa evenly over the chicken.
