  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
