- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 box (3 oz) strawberry Jello
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz non-dairy whipped topping
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup boiling water
Instructions
- Wash and slice the strawberries. Set aside half for layering and puree the other half.
- In a bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jello in boiling water. Allow it to cool slightly before mixing in the pureed strawberries.
- Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth, then fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- In a dish, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs at the bottom and drizzle with melted butter to bind them together.
- Layer half of the cream cheese mixture over the crumbs, followed by half of the Jello mixture. Repeat the layers once more.
- Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
