Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 box (3 oz) strawberry Jello
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz non-dairy whipped topping
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup boiling water

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the strawberries. Set aside half for layering and puree the other half.
  2. In a bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jello in boiling water. Allow it to cool slightly before mixing in the pureed strawberries.
  3. Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth, then fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  4. In a dish, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs at the bottom and drizzle with melted butter to bind them together.
  5. Layer half of the cream cheese mixture over the crumbs, followed by half of the Jello mixture. Repeat the layers once more.
  6. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
