- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar (divided)
- 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (pureed)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, remaining sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
- Divide the cheesecake batter into two bowls. Mix strawberry puree into one bowl while leaving the other plain.
- Pour alternating dollops of both batters over the crust and gently swirl with a knife.
- Bake for about 45 minutes or until edges are set but center slightly jiggles. Cool completely before slicing.
