Description

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar (divided)
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (pureed)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, remaining sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  4. Divide the cheesecake batter into two bowls. Mix strawberry puree into one bowl while leaving the other plain.
  5. Pour alternating dollops of both batters over the crust and gently swirl with a knife.
  6. Bake for about 45 minutes or until edges are set but center slightly jiggles. Cool completely before slicing.
