Irresistibly creamy and chocolatey, this No-Bake Chocolate Eclair Cake is an easy-to-make dessert that will impress at any gathering.


Ingredients

  • Graham Crackers
  • Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • Whole Milk
  • Whipped Topping
  • Chocolate Frosting
  • Cocoa Powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and whole milk until thickened.
  2. Gently fold in thawed whipped topping until fully combined.
  3. Layer graham crackers in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Add a second layer of graham crackers followed by the remaining pudding mixture, smoothing it evenly.
  6. Finish with another layer of graham crackers and top with chocolate frosting; dust with cocoa powder if desired.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
