- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup green candy melts (optional)
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and measure them out for smooth preparation.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted mixture over Rice Chex in a large bowl. Gently fold until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle in salt and fold in green candy melts if using for extra color.
- Transfer to a resealable bag with powdered sugar, seal tightly, and shake until coated.
- Spread onto parchment paper to cool completely before serving.
