Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with this delightful and colorful Puppy Chow that’s fun to make and share!


Ingredients

  • 9 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup green candy melts (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and measure them out for smooth preparation.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted mixture over Rice Chex in a large bowl. Gently fold until evenly coated.
  4. Sprinkle in salt and fold in green candy melts if using for extra color.
  5. Transfer to a resealable bag with powdered sugar, seal tightly, and shake until coated.
  6. Spread onto parchment paper to cool completely before serving.
