Description

Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaves are a delightful twist on a classic dish, combining tender ground chicken with aromatic garlic and rich parmesan for a family-friendly meal that’s both simple and satisfying.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pasta sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into mini loaves about 1-inch thick and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. If desired, spoon pasta sauce over each meatloaf for added flavor.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
