Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions until tender but firm. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- While noodles are cooking, prepare the vegetables: chop bell pepper, grate carrots, slice green onions, and shred cabbage.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey (or maple syrup), and sesame oil until combined.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss together the cooked ramen noodles, vegetables, and dressing until well-coated.
