Description

Flu/Cold Tea Bombs are your go-to remedy for chilly nights when you need comfort and immunity support. With a blend of ginger, honey, and turmeric, these tea bombs provide warmth while delivering essential nutrients to uplift your spirits and fight off colds naturally.


Ingredients

  • 4 herbal tea bags (chamomile or peppermint)
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger root, sliced
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

Instructions

  1. Boil 4 cups of water in a saucepan.
  2. Once boiling, reduce heat and add ginger slices, turmeric powder, and cinnamon sticks. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Add tea bags and steep for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice and honey until dissolved.
  5. Allow to cool before pouring into ice cube trays. Freeze for 2-3 hours.
