  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans or kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, cook the chorizo until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
