Description

Creamy Tuscan shrimp linguine is a delightful Italian dish that combines perfectly cooked linguine with succulent shrimp, all enveloped in a rich and velvety sauce.   • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine in salted boiling water until al dente (about 8–10 minutes). Reserve some pasta water before draining.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté shrimp seasoned with salt and pepper until pink and opaque (3–4 minutes per side).
  3. Add minced garlic and halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Sauté until fragrant and softened (about 2 minutes).
  4. Pour in heavy cream while stirring continuously; simmer gently until slightly thickened (3–5 minutes).
  5. Stir in spinach until wilted, then mix in grated Parmesan until melted.
  6. Toss cooked linguine into the sauce mixture, adding reserved pasta water for desired consistency. Serve warm with extra Parmesan on top.
