- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup pumpkin puree (100% pure)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg; mix until well combined.
- Pour half of the pumpkin filling over the crust, dollop cheesecake mixture on top, and swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly. Cool completely before slicing.
