  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni in boiling water until al dente, about 7-8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
