  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  4. Stir in vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 45-50 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  6. Turn off the oven and crack the door slightly, letting the cheesecake cool inside for an hour before chilling in the fridge for at least four hours or overnight.
