  • 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup whole almonds
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (dark or milk)
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup additional chocolate chips (for drizzling)
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded coconut, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and half of the chocolate chips until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in whole almonds for added crunch.
  4. Scoop out bite-sized portions and place them on the baking sheet about an inch apart.
