  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tbsp dried dill)
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place salmon fillets skin-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets; season with salt and pepper. Squeeze half a lemon over them.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  5. Pour in heavy cream, stirring until smooth. Add dill, lemon juice, zest, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer gently until slightly thickened.
  6. Serve salmon topped with creamy dill sauce and extra lemon wedges.
