  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cook chicken breasts in boiling water until fully cooked, about 20 minutes. Shred while warm using two forks.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, and buffalo sauce until creamy.
  4. Fold in half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and panko breadcrumbs mixed with melted butter. Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
