Instructions

- In another bowl, mix melted butter, milk, and eggs until smooth.
- Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients using a spatula until just mixed; avoid over-mixing.
- Spoon batter into muffin tin until three-quarters full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
