  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Slice the bread in half lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
