Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter with granulated sugar until fluffy (about 3-4 minutes).
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract until creamy.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with sour cream or yogurt until just combined.
  6. For the crumb topping, mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nuts in a separate bowl; sprinkle over the batter.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Let cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar and serve warm or at room temperature.
