  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (browned)
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter until golden brown; set aside to cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine browned butter with brown and granulated sugars. Mix well.
  4. Whisk in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
  5. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in cranberries without crushing them.
  7. Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
