  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix (1 oz)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from chicken breasts, rinse under cold water, and pat dry.
  2. Place chicken in the CrockPot and sprinkle ranch dressing mix evenly over the top.
  3. Dollop cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  4. Pour chicken broth around the sides of the chicken.
  5. Add minced garlic, onion powder, and black pepper.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until tender.
  7. Shred chicken in the pot with two forks, stir to combine, and serve hot.
