  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup bang bang sauce (mix of 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons sriracha, 1 tablespoon honey, juice of 1 lime)
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
