Description

Crispy Parmesan Artichoke Hearts are a delectable appetizer that will elevate any gathering. Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the artichoke hearts dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each artichoke heart in olive oil and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Arrange on the baking sheet without touching each other.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
