  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives or parsley
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken or crumbled sausage (optional)

Instructions
