Description

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Gradually stir in the dry ingredients until just combined; avoid overmixing.
  6. Gently fold in chocolate chips and optional sprinkles.
  7. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets with space between each cookie.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set; centers should remain soft. Let cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
