Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 lobster tails (about 6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut down the center of each lobster tail shell without cutting through.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
  4. Brush the garlic-butter mixture generously over the exposed lobster meat.
  5. Place lobster tails on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until opaque.
