  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by gathering all ingredients.
  2. In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast the sliced almonds for 3-5 minutes until golden brown. Set aside.
  3. Season fish fillets with salt and pepper. In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat until bubbly.
  4. Add the fish fillets carefully to the skillet, cooking each side for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set on a serving plate.
  5. In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of butter and lemon juice; stir for about 1-2 minutes until bubbly.
