  • 1 box Funfetti cake mix (15.25 oz)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream (softened)
  • 1/2 cup colorful sprinkles (plus extra for decoration)
  • 2 cups whipped topping (lightly sweetened)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions, mixing in eggs, oil, and water until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in 1/2 cup of sprinkles into the batter.
  4. Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely.
