- 2 cups chopped carrots
- 2 cups chopped potatoes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Rub the pork shoulder generously with salt and pepper.
- Place garlic cloves and onion slices around the pork in a roasting pan. Sprinkle thyme and caraway seeds on top.
- Pour broth into the pan and add chopped carrots and potatoes.
