- 8 oz burrata cheese (torn into pieces)

- ¼ cup toasted pine nuts
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400°F/200°C).
- Brush peach halves lightly with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Grill peaches cut-side down for about 3-4 minutes until grill marks appear.
