- 2 sheets puff pastry

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cherries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch; mix until cherries are well coated.
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 4-inch circles.
- Place a tablespoon of cherry filling in each circle, fold over, and seal edges with a fork.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
