  • 1 wheel of Brie cheese (about 8 oz)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup walnuts or pecans (toasted)
  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit (figs or apple slices)
  • Assorted crackers or baguette slices (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly score the top of the brie with a knife.

  3. Bake for 10-15 minutes until melted and bubbly.
