  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 4 slices rustic country bread or sourdough
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
