  • 4 medium ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 large eggs

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch round baking pan.

  3. Arrange peach halves cut-side down in the syrup.
