- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberries, mashed (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup blueberries, mashed (fresh or frozen)
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press into the bottom of the prepared dish.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add granulated sugar, then eggs one at a time until creamy.
- Fold in sour cream and vanilla until well combined.
- Mash strawberries and blueberries separately with powdered sugar. Drop spoonfuls onto cheesecake batter and swirl gently with a knife.
