  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until combined.
