  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 34 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp thyme (fresh or dried)
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Spray the slow cooker with nonstick spray.
  2. Pat the pork loin dry and season it with salt and pepper.
  3. Layer chopped onions and minced garlic in the slow cooker.
  4. Place the seasoned pork loin on top and add cranberries.
