  • 1 cup smoked cheese (Gouda or Cheddar), cubed
  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
