  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 can (14 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (divided)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken breasts seasoned with salt and pepper until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, drained artichokes, chopped spinach, garlic powder, and half of the Parmesan cheese until smooth.
