  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  5. Alternately mix in dry ingredients and milk until just combined; fold in strawberries gently.
  6. For the crumb topping, mix flour, sugar, melted butter, oats, and cinnamon until crumbly.
  7. Pour half of the batter into the pan; sprinkle with half the crumb topping. Repeat layering.
  8. Bake for 40–45 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
