  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream (softened)
  • 1 cup shortcake crumbles
  • 1 cup whipped cream (fresh)

Instructions

  1. Prepare strawberries by washing, hulling, and slicing them.
  2. In a large bowl, soften the vanilla ice cream for about 10 minutes.
  3. Gently fold sliced strawberries into the softened ice cream.
  4. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and layer half of the strawberry-ice cream mixture at the bottom.
