- 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

- Remove cooked meatballs and set aside. In the same skillet, whisk together beef broth, Dijon mustard, and sour cream until smooth. Bring to a simmer.
- Return meatballs to the skillet and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
