Ingredients

  • 1 cup ripe tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (Greek preferred)
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
