Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup fresh mixed fruits (e.g., strawberries, mangoes, blueberries)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • Popsicle molds

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop fruits into small pieces.
  2. Blend coconut milk, fruits, honey or maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Add lime juice and blend briefly to combine.
  4. Pour mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space for expansion.
  5. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours until solid.
  6. To unmold, run warm water over the outside of the molds.
