Ingredients

  • 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Soda water (to top off)
  • Coarse sea salt (for rimming)

Instructions

  1. Rim your glasses with lime juice and dip in coarse sea salt.
  2. In a shaker, combine grapefruit juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake until frothy.
  3. Add tequila to the shaker; shake for another 15 seconds.
