  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with nonstick spray or olive oil.
  3. In a bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Rub over chicken legs.
  4. Spread uncooked rice evenly in the baking dish and pour chicken broth over the rice.
